This incident is on the north coast of Java, all fish like disappear from the sea. The productivity of fishermen in the declining fish catch. This event started in 2001 and had a very bad effect on the fate of the fishermen in 2004.

In the 70's fishing is still very easy to get the fish, fishermen need only go as far as 3 miles have got the fish. The fishermen only takes 1 day to return. In fact, frequently flooded and prices fell to Rp. 25 thousand per kilogram.

To overcome this, education is needed at the fishermen, to be understanding about the importance of controlling fishing. If those conditions are causes by local fishermen the problem will be vastly can be overcoming, but if the problem because of the changing of the nature or by abroad fishermen those condition will difficult to solve.
